1) WHERE CAN I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
This can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc. - never to a mailbox).

2) CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT BY PHONE?

Orders can only be ordered online, but you can call 0040 0722 844 286 and the WOMEN'S LOCKER consultant will help you step by step.

3) HOW MUCH DOES NATIONAL DELIVERY COST?

The delivery cost is 14.99 RON VAT included and the delivery will be made by our distribution partner FAN CURIER.

4) CAN IT BE SENT INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, THE WOMEN'S LOCKER delivers internationally via DHL EXPRESS partner. Delivery costs will change automatically when you fill in the address where you want to receive the package.

5) HOW LONG WILL YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER?
The products are delivered within 3-5 working days on the Romanian territory, respectively 5-10 working days internationally from the moment of receiving the automatically generated message to confirm the order. During discount periods, delivery times may increase
6) CAN I FOLLOW THE ORDER?
Yes. Go to the placed orders section of your account, and you'll see the status of your order in real time. If you have placed your order as a visitor, please consult your mailbox for information on the status of your order.

7) HOW DO I PAY?

Online with bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa / Maestro / Mastercard).

If you have chosen the payment method "Online by bank card" you need to fill in a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.

Credit / debit card payments issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the organizations that provide transactions on -line the same level of security as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.

"3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information about your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the store or on the payment processor's servers. this data is directly entered into Visa and MasterCard systems.

Important to know! - There is no charge for bank card payments!

THE WOMEN'S LOCKER together with the EuPlatesc payment processor, I provide payment in installments if you have one of cards issued by the following banks: BCR, Banca Transilvania, BRD, Alpha Bank, First Bank. The installment number will be selected in on the secure payment processor page.

Refund - cash to the courier who will deliver your order.

8) CAN I CHANGE ORDER?
If you would like to modify a placed order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible and specify the order number and dates that you can find in the confirmation email you received in when placing the order.

9) CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, if the size is not right or there is a manufacturing defect you can change the product for FREE.Write to us within 14 days, and THE WOMEN'S LOCKER will contact you as soon as possible to provide support

10) HOW DO I RETURN AN ARTICLE?

THE WOMEN`S LOCKER team wants you to wear only what suits you perfectly, so we made the return process very easy and FREE *.
To continue this action, you need to contact us at team@womenslocker.eu or 0040 722844286 and request a return, and in about 5 days a courier will reach you to pick up the return. Make sure the package is ready and the products are in the same condition as you received them.

THE WOMEN'S LOCKER SRL reserves the right to refuse refunds requested outside the deadline or in the case of items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

11) WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK? -confirmation email, by which you will be informed that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. The amount related to the return will be returned to the IBAN account mentioned by you in the return form. Remember that credit card repayment is always up to the bank.
